Come and enjoy storytime followed by rhymes and songs inspired by the chosen story! We will read an age appropriate book together and then spend most of the time stretching the story with rhymes, songs and games. Babies from 9 months to 2 years old will love being around other children and will pick up great English vocabulary. Parents can also re-familiarize themselves with classic children’s songs and rhymes. HUF 1000 for 45 minute session, with 15 minute “free play” time. Mondays 10:00 -11:00
Children’s Book Club
Storytime for children 18 months to 4 years old! Each session will include a group reading of a quality picture book in English, followed by various activities, which may include puppet shows, art projects, dramas, songs and games. This is a great chance to increase young chidren’s exposure to English in group setting and for younger children to practice working and playing in a group. HUF 1000 for a 45 minute session, with a 15 minute “free play” time during which children will be free to explore the materials used during that session. Fridays 4:00 - 5:00
Deidre moved to Hungary from Alaska seven years ago, and has spent most of that time working with children. She worked for four years as a teacher at an English language kindergarten, followed by three years as a nanny. Now she is putting her energy toward raising her own one year old daughter, but looks forward to being around groups of children again!
