- The Budapest Moms Wednesday playgroup - Wednesdays between 10am and 12.30pm.

ms with babies, toddlers and pregnant women and it’s completely informal, just show up whenever you can, no need to check in. Here we will also teach you everything you need to know about strollers. Address: 6th district, Andrassy ut 98. (The building of Magnet Bank) Nearest station is Kodaly Korond of the M1 metro or bus 105 . With strollers best to walk up on Andrassy ut from Oktogon towards Heroes Sq. The Play room is located on the half floor and is accessible only by a flight of 10 stairs on a wide staircase. Strollers can be left safely on the ground floor by the reception area. Ask for GYEREKSZOBA if you can’t find it. Price: 1000 HUF for 1 kid, in case of siblings – 600 HUF per child. We need a minimum of 6 moms to keep this price.
- The Budapest Moms Friday playgroup - every Friday from 10 am to 12 pm. The group is open to moms with babies until 18 mts and pregnant women and it’s completely informal, just show up whenever you can, no need to check in. Address: Hiradó Kávézó: Erzsébet körút 13. (it’s 2 min walk from Wesselényi utca 4-6 tram stop, or 5 min from Blaha Lujza tér). Price: 500HUF
- Rhyme Time with Barbara Petri - Budapest Mom2Mom Sale organiser Barbara Petri started regular singing classes last year and her rhyme time classes have extended to many different locations across the city from September. From ages 6mts to 5 years. Kacifant Playhouse downtown (Brody Sandor utca 2, 8th district) next to the National Museum will host two classes, one for pre-schoolers from 2-5 yrs on Wednesday afternoons at 16.45 and one for babies and toddlers from 6mts - 2 years at 10am Thursday mornings. 1500 HUF per occasion (or 1200 with a monthly pass and it includes 30 mins free play in the playhouse) but price varies across the different locations. Tickle Time with James Cloke - James, a teacher from Canada is starting out a program for the littlest ones (0-2yrs) called “Tickle Time”. It involves songs and rhymes with gestures that use rubbing, patting, bouncing and of course tickling to provide babies and young toddlers with sensory stimulations. James always brings his guitar and plays on it throughout the sessions.
Every Tuesday from 9.30 till 11.00am, including a 30-40mins guided tickle play at Babilon Language School near Astoria. Price: 1300 HUF/ session

Hi, I recently attended a kids aikido class in English with my 4 year old son and he absolutely loved it!!! Lessons are held by Keni (japanese/new zealand origin) and Marti; both were fantastic with children. Lessons are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 to 5pm at Moricz Zsigmond Gimnazium (Budapest, 2nd district, 1025, Torokvesz u 48-54).
