Critical Moms Demonstration and Picnic

Starting from Deák Ferenc tér and ending in Tabán park

In association with Hungary’s Birth Week, Critical Moms Budapest is once again organizing a walking demonstration with strollers and  finishing with a picnic in Tabán. This year’s goal is not only to highlight the lack of stroller-friendly crossings, sidewalks and underpasses, but also to show what a truly family-friendly, city looks like when there are families playing and picnicking in the green areas of Budapest. This year the march starts from central, downtown Pest and winds it’s way over to the green Buda side park, with plenty of obstacles on the way for those on bikes and using strollers.

Please show your support and join the march for a more family-friendly, stroller-friendly, environmentally friendly Budapest! Come with strollers, come on foot, come on bikes, carry your baby in a wrap, bring the whole family! Remember to bring a blanket, food, frisbees, etc. for the picnic!

Hello to everyone from Greece.
We, too, have similar problems, but we, too, are starting to get organised.
Wishing you the best of success!
