Dear friends and supporters!
Dr Ágnes Geréb’s case continues on Tuesday, October 12th, 2010. On this occasion, let us stand up to form a LIVING CHAIN between Honvéd tér and Parliament! Our goal with this peaceful demonstration is to ask for help from the representatives and ministers who lead the country. Help us to solve this human rights issue, to ensure that the women of Hungary have the right to choose.
Before we get into the details, we ask everyone to forward this information on as many forums, by email, on facebook, on iwiw, so that the news spreads to as many people as possible!
Time: Tuesday, October 12th, 2010 at 9:15 am, until approximately 11:30 am
Location: Budapest, Hungary, 5th district between Honvéd tér and Kossuth Lajos tér

The demonstration has been announced to the police. We would like a peaceful and uninterrupted demonstration similar to the one held last Wednesday. We ask everyone to help us in this, because it all does depend on us!
The course of the event:
Meeting from 9:15 am on the corner of Szemere utca and Markó utca on the sidewalk. At 9:30, we form a living chain by holding hands or using scarves, shawls, wraps all the way to Parliament. By 10:00 am, the living chain will reach Parliament. Participants from the Honvéd tér end of the chain start walking towards Parliament around 10:30 am and join the people at the other end. Speakers asked by the organizers will speak to the participants. The demonstration in front of Parliament will end at 11:00 am.
We cannot block traffic in the intersections and pedestrian crossings along the way, so to symbolize the continuity of the chain, we will be putting tape on the roads. We ask everyone to please keep this in mind and let us not block traffic in any way!

what’s the latest with Agnes Gereb? Are any more protests or actions planned? I’m an editor with the Guardian - we’re interested in this story.
